
When I was a kid, I would always have a quick cheese snack. It could either be home made cheese sticks or maybe a cheese sandwich. From then on, Cheese became a major part of my food vocabulary.

This Christmas season, a lot of Traditional Filipino Dishes are created with the help of cheese. Luckily, I was able to receive a Holiday package filled with everything one may need to create some cheesy dessert. Perfect for potlucks and small gatherings.

Eden Cheese sent on over a range of festive ingredients to create some sweet desserts.

More than that, I figured to make use of the CHEESE in the simplest of ways.

Breakfast on a Gloomy Sunday. Believe it or not, I'm greatly satisfied with cheese and a piece of bread. More so if I mix it with some UBE. Something different but it makes my tummy quite happy.
