I love reading all the quotes when I ate in LATITUDE in HOTEL JEN MANILA. Aside from everything, all focus should be in the food. Since I was in a staycation in HOTEL JEN MANILA (click here for my experience), I didn't venture out for dinner.
I went for LATITUDE located in the ground floor for a sumptuous dinner buffet. Different cold appetizers lined up one end of the buffet spread. 
Behind it, is a make your own salad and a make your own noodle bowl too.
Aside from all the dishes like kare-kare, lengua, chicken, fish, and veggies, I only focused on two. The turkey at the carving station.
And the ham.
Of course, the dessert too. The Churros had a different crunchy feel. The bread Pudding was spot on too as it moist inside and was perfect on the edges.
Because I was just full from all the food, I had this.

LATITUDE in HOTEL JEN MANILA serves all day buffet to its guests. For only less than a thousand, you get to try International Dishes and even Filipino ones. Perfect if you just want to stay in and relax.
